Great Elm was founded to acquire and grow
an enterprise software business

  • Over the last eight years I invested in and advised dozens of companies across software, tech-enabled services and healthcare. Through partnering with founders, I learned the immense grit and tenacity it takes to lead a great business.

My passion for leadership started during my time at Williams College. As a member of the basketball team, I saw first-hand the impact great culture and leadership has on a team. After working in investment banking, private equity, and corporate strategy, I was eager to discover my next chapter. I earned my MBA at The Wharton School with a focus on entrepreneurship and organizational leadership.

I grew up in Boston and now live in Philadelphia. In my free time you can find me hiking in the mountains, trying a new recipe, or volunteering at a local dog shelter (and trying my best not to bring one home!)

  • I spent the past 10 years investing in and advising enterprise software businesses. I learned from the entrepreneurs I partnered with that successful businesses value their employee and customer relationships above all else and make culture their top priority.

I found my passion for technology during my undergrad at Duke, where I majored in computer science & biology. I was fortunate to be able to continue this interest on the business side of technology as an investment banker and growth equity investor.

I grew up in Boston and now live in New York City. In my free time you can find me outside either riding my bike, golfing, or working on my docking skills as an aspiring boat captain.

We’re proud to be supported by successful entrepreneurs, including those whose businesses we worked with in the past
